Writing Process
The writing process begins with arguably the most important step, invention. In this step you find all the relevant information that supports your claim. You then have to organize your information so that its order makes sense. This is when you start to write drafts. You keep revising until you find the perfect way to present your thoughts. This way you have all the relevant information that you want to share and how you want to present it. You do all this and then at the very end you start to focus on editing your grammar and punctuation. This stage is so so important. This is where you get rid of typos and correct your word choice. I loved that in the introduction of this section in our book, they explained that a piece of writing "is the result of a struggle between a writer and his or her material," It is a process, you can't just sit down and write an essay in an hour, it takes time and effort.
